Cable split squat.
Big demand for the whole back musculature as lat and lower back will take part for stabilising the upper body.
Focus your glut are driving down diagonal to the front heel, which maximise the ROM on knee and hip joint.
Be aware to keep your front heel on the ground the whole time.
